    We collect information you voluntarily enter within the wellness questionnaire, including self-reported wellness symptoms and your email address used to deliver your wellness snapshot report. We do not request sensitive medical identification data.

  1. Data Storage, Security & International Cross-Border Transfer
     
    User data is stored securely within Kajabi’s compliant hosting environment. Kajabi, LLC is headquartered in California, United States, and your personal data, including wellness and health-related information you submit via our Free Wellness Quiz, will be stored and processed on servers located in the United States.
 
The United States does not have data protection laws equivalent to those in Hong Kong or the European Economic Area. We have entered into Kajabi’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to provide appropriate safeguards for your personal data when transferred outside Hong Kong and the EEA.
 
Please note: All health information collected on this website is used solely to generate general wellness trend insights and personalised wellness reports. This website does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) regulated under the U.S. HIPAA, and no clinical medical diagnosis or patient care services are offered.
